When a hilarious, witty, down-to-earth Canadian boy meets a beautiful, intelligent, colourful Australian girl, in London of all places — you know fate is calling.
In true 21st century fashion, Eirene + Adam’s love story kicked off on a dating app, before blossoming over home cooked meals & cocktails IRL.
But it was their nontraditional first date (a bar crawl tour around the world – where each bar represented a different country) that truly set the scene for these two. In fact, they both knew then and there that they had found an X factor in the other.
So in 2020, when covid lockdowns started looming and risked keeping them apart, E + A decided to throw caution to the wind and take a chance on each other — and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
Being so far away from their respective families, as well as surviving multiple lockdowns by relying on one another, E + A’s partnership was put to the test early on, and has been going from strength to strength ever since.
So much so that when they travelled to E’s family home in Greece this past summer, A chose to ask E to marry him under the stars, with a custom made playlist of their favourite tunes as the soundtrack to their memories.
Congratulations again lovers. It was an absolute honour to be able to immortalise your engagement in such a meaningful place, to the nostalgic sound of cicadas buzzing all around us.
