When Federico & Adam first met, love was not initially part of the equation. Starting out as housemates whilst already coupled up, they then became each other’s wingmen, before eventually falling madly in love.
Whilst their story reads like a classic rom com, their relationship is far from your cookie cutter romance. In fact, it may as well be the quintessential modern love story since it was the Covid-19 pandemic that finally pushed them to be honest with one another about their feelings. And they haven’t looked back since!
Although many relationships didn’t survive the lockdowns and restrictions caused by Covid-19, overcoming these new challenges together is what enabled F & A’s relationship to blossom and strengthen in record time.
1 year may seem short to some, but in F & A’s case, it was a significant milestone. Having survived a global pandemic (and the challenges that come with it), their 1st anniversary as lovers needed to be properly commemorated and celebrated.
So, on a clear summer’s day, we headed to Centennial Park, drank some champagne, listened to some tunes, and enjoyed the peaceful sunset together. After months enclosed indoors, it was an absolute joy to be surrounded by nature and commemorate F & A’s love.
Federico & Adam, thank you for your trust and for inviting me into your lives. I’m humbled to have been able to bear witness to your anniversary and help you celebrate it. It was a privilege to immortalise your memories to cherish forever. May these mementos remind you of how strong & beautiful your love is. #loveislove
