Located a stones throw away from the township of Outtrim, the property has superb access to some of Victoria’s best scenery, beaches, wineries and small towns for you and your love to explore during your trip. If that weren’t enough, the original 120 year old homestead features a lovingly restored barn & stylish studio space — ideal for a luxe country elopement or intimate wedding.

With beautiful exposed hardwood beams, expansive window views and elegant yet rustic finishes, the French-inspired studio is the perfect place to settle in before and after your intimate elopement. It’s no wonder Abi & Tom chose the Chapter Barn for their own elopement.

Opting to spend their elopement morning together, Abi & Tom were able to wake up, make delicious pancakes and write their vows, all whilst enjoying each other’s company. After a slow and relaxing morning together, they then helped each other into their wedding attire, before heading out for their elopement ceremony on site.

With a lush floral arbor overlooking the valley, the Chapter Barn made for the most magical place for Abi & Tom to exchange their vows just the two of them. To celebrate their marriage, they then popped a bottle of champagne and enjoyed a delicious chocolate cake.

Surrounded by beautiful vistas, there was no need for us to travel very far to take bridal portraits. This allowed Abi & Tom to enjoy every minute of their elopement, without wasting time traveling to and fro.
